Chris has been working on numerous consulting and transformation projects in Technology, Gaming and Public sector. Specialized in large-scale project and program management, he has helped organizations complete their projects successfully and meet their strategic objectives.
He has successfully managed the implementation of full-scale government information systems across Ireland, Malta, and the UK. He has led large-scale digital transformation programs for multiple gaming operators around the globe, spanning the UK, Netherlands, Australia, Chile, Canada, and the US.
Chris developed the target Technology Operating model for a multinational technology organization based on lean and agile practices. He managed a large portfolio of projects as part of Greece’s national recovery and resilience plan (Greece 2.0) for a government agency and the Ministry of Digital Governance.
He developed the Enterprise Architecture — including Business and Operating models and sourcing strategy — for a major multinational energy group, assisting in its transformation into a competitive, cost-effective, and agile organization. He has also helped executive teams of large energy providers define long-term technology strategy and implement cutting-edge technologies such as AI and Machine Learning.
Chris holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Computer Science and Informatics.
