Lightning Decision Jam â Adapted for AI
Developed by AJ&Smart and used by Google, Netflix, and Lego. We’ve adapted it specifically for AI strategy. Silent brainstorming eliminates groupthink. Dot-voting surfaces real priorities. The result: decisions in 90 minutes that would normally take weeks of meetings.
